At JADE, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
To initiate a return:

Email info@jadenewyork.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

Securely package the item(s) and ship them back using a trackable service.

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
REFUNDS:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item was purchased using a discount or promotion, the refund will reflect the final paid amount after the discount.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jadenewyork.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will prioritize resolving the situation promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as JADE is not responsible for lost return shipments.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@jadenewyork.com.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees associated with the return.
Please clearly mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
